Hassel & Teudt is an exclusive manufacturer that has existed since 1857. The company has a long and rich history as one of Denmark's most prominent machine factories, including Hassel & Teudt producing the beautiful Copenhagen Bench. The company was the first to work with electrical installations in Copenhagen, and was responsible for the electrical installations at Amalienborg Palace.

In the 1960s, the company became best known for the popular HT Rustik lamp series, which is still a Danish design icon.
