Sales freight, cheaper and much easier
It should be easy and cheap to shop online at bath-style.com. We have FREE SHIPPING on orders over 2.900 EUR, and have simplified the shipping prices on all orders under 2.900 EUR, we only charge shipping for the largest/heaviest item you buy. At the same time, we have reduced the shipping prices for these deliveries, so that you pay from 69 EUR.
It is the product's weight and volume that determine the price, it can also vary if the product is delivered directly to the address or if it is left for collection at a local post office or parcel shop . Sales freight will be a maximum of 349 EUR, regardless of what and how much you buy per walk. It's that simple.
The shipping price is calculated automatically and starts at 69 EUR when you add an item to the shopping cart. You can keep an eye on the shipping price in the shopping cart.
You are also welcome to collect your goods yourself at one of our addresses, but only by appointment. You can place your order online and choose collection, you pay NO administration costs or fees and can save 100% on shipping. Note that items over 30 kg. can only be picked up by appointment at our main warehouse, Bad & Stil Warehouse.
Please note that the delivery time is often the same for collection as for delivery, the item is only ready for collection when we notify you.
Bad & Stil ApS stocks most of our products, your order is therefore sent directly from our own warehouse, only the choice of carrier can vary. The size of the item determines whether it must be sent as a package or on a pallet. Therefore, deliveries can be made via the post, courier or carrier. It can also vary whether the item is delivered directly to the address or whether it is left for collection at a local post office or parcel shop. We always try to collect the goods in the fewest deliveries and notify about the delivery day and delivery method. We want the receipt of the goods to be as simple and quick as possible for you as a customer. Note: As we do not keep stock in our showrooms, the stated delivery time also applies to collection. All orders over 2.900 EUR are delivered free of charge, unless otherwise stated. The delivery time for stock items is normally 3 - 7 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is considered to have taken place when you have received the item. We are happy to make a freight offer and provide delivery for a fee. When picking up goods at Bad & Stil ApS Warehouse, no handling fee will be charged. When picking up at Bad&Stil ApS Showrooms, there is also NO handling fee, but only applies to goods under 30 kg. Goods over 20 kg. can only be collected from Bad & Stil ApS Warehouse by prior agreement, otherwise goods are always sent directly for collection at the nearest post office/collection point.
With Postnord, the item is delivered for collection at one of the nearest post offices or parcel shops, usually the day after dispatch. For all orders over 50 kg. it applies that delivery is guaranteed to the door at street level or to the curb, however smaller parcels will typically be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel centre.
If the goods are too heavy for one person or the access conditions are difficult, you must be ready to provide assistance to the transporter. If you are in doubt, contact customer service, who will help you find a solution.
We advise all our customers to wait to order a plumber until the item has been received and confirmed to be in good condition.
If the ordered item(s) assume a total size or weight (over 30 kg) that is too large to be shipped with Postnord, the shipment will take place via Danske Fragtmænd, Alpi or DSV.
If you want your order delivered without being at home (flex delivery), it must be written in the customer comment: "Must be delivered without a receipt" or, for example, "Put it by the garage". If you choose this solution, it is at your own risk. You waive the right to advertise about defects and damage, as the carrier or Bad & Stil ApS cannot be held responsible for goods that have been left unattended. NOTE Bad & Stil ApS rejects all complaints that may arise in connection with this.
