PAYMENT

All prices on badstil.dk are stated in Euro (EUR) and include 25% VAT. All prices are daily prices and are updated frequently, as the website is updated daily. When you shop with badstil.dk, agreements are made in English.

RESERVATION OF AMOUNT

We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or the money is released after agreement with your card issuer.

Bank transfer Please note! With bank transfers, you are not protected by the dispute resolution scheme.

The amount will only be debited from your card when the goods are shipped from badstil.dk. An amount greater than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be debited.

CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

With each purchase, you must accept the terms and conditions. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms and conditions give you. At the bottom of the Bad & Stil® order confirmation, you will also find a link to the terms and conditions.

At badstil.dk, purchase agreements with children and young people under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

All agreements are entered into in Danish.

DELIVERY

Items are shipped within 1–3 business days of ordering, if they are in stock, but we always strive to ship your order the same day. (Specify delivery time. Alternatively, delivery time can be specified on the individual product pages.)

We offer free shipping on all online orders over EUR 3,800.

The free shipping offer cannot be combined with other offers, e.g. wholesale sales, personal offers, promotions, sales, clearance sales, etc. We reserve the right to charge our normal shipping rates.

However, for international and non-mainland islands, we are happy to provide a shipping quote and deliver for a fee.

Please note: Bad & Stil® charges a pallet fee for delivery on pallets. For safer transport and delivery, the fee is EUR 20 + VAT per pallet. The pallet fee is always shown in your shopping cart and may be invoiced for multiple pallets if necessary.

For shipping reasons, it is up to Bad & Stil® to decide whether the order should be delivered on a pallet.

If your order is NOT covered by the free shipping offer, you can always check www.badstil.dk to see how much it costs to ship your order; this will be shown in your shopping cart. (list all possible shipping prices)
Our system calculates the price for you before you complete and pay for your order.
If there are any deviations from our usual delivery times, you will be notified after you have placed your order.

The delivery is considered complete when you have received your goods.

If you are not at home when the order is delivered, you will be asked to order a new delivery of your order.

For smaller shipments, packages under 20 kg can be accepted. They will be sent and delivered to the nearest parcel shop, which can be selected in the online store.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If you fail to collect your package from the parcel shop and the package is therefore returned to us, you will be required to pay the direct costs incurred by the shipping company for the return. If you want the package to be sent again, you will be required to pay the shipping costs.

Bad & Stil® generally sends packages and deliveries with PostNord.

Note: For all deliveries over 20 kg, delivery will be made to the door at street level or to the curb, but smaller packages will typically be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel center.

No shipping fee will be charged for pickup of goods at Bad & Stil® Warehouse.

When picking up at Bad & Stil® Showroom, Østerbrogade 202, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, no shipping fee will be charged, but this only applies to goods under 20 kg.

Orders over 20 kg can only be picked up at Bad & Stil® Warehouse by prior arrangement, or the order will be delivered according to the applicable terms and conditions.

We recommend that you wait to order a plumber until you have received the item and checked that it is in good condition.

If the total size or weight of the item(s) ordered is too large to be shipped with Bring or PostNord, the shipment will be made via Danske Fragtmænd or Ekv.

The shipping price depends on the size and weight of the shipment and how far the item(s) must be shipped. When the ordered items require shipping by a shipping company, the agreement is not binding for Bad & Stil® until you have agreed to pay for this form of shipping.

Bad & Stil® delivers goods directly from our own warehouse, so the choice of carrier may vary. The size of the item also determines whether it should be sent as a parcel or on a pallet. Therefore, deliveries may be made via PostNord, parcel service or courier. It may also vary whether the item is delivered directly to the address or left for collection at a local post office or parcel shop.

If you want your order delivered without you being at home (flexible delivery), you must state this clearly in the customer comments field:
Can be left without a receipt” or, for example, “Leave it by the garage”. If the Customer chooses flexible delivery as a solution, this is the Customer's own responsibility.

Delivery of general cargo and pallet transport

Parcel goods and pallet transport are delivered to the first curb or over a flat surface that is even and stable – e.g., tiles, asphalt, and concrete. This type of transport is often heavy and is transported by the driver on a pallet truck, which cannot drive over obstacles such as curbs, stairs, doorsteps, grass, gravel, etc. The driver cannot and must not lift or drive the goods over uneven terrain or stairs where the pallet truck cannot drive.

ORDER

At badstil.dk, you can only order goods via our website. If you have any questions about goods that are not on the website, please contact us. We also offer ordering in our physical store, ordering by phone or email.

It is not possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website. If you would like to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to badstil@badstil.dk.

To make a purchase at badstil.dk, you must go through 5 steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to the shopping cart.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Select payment and shipping method.
  4. Read and accept our terms and conditions.
  5. Check that all information is correct and approve the amount.

Extra warranty - 5-year drip guarantee on fittings

In the event of continuous dripping from the spout, i.e. constant dripping over a longer period of time, replace the ceramic head or cartridges free of charge. The warranty only covers materials, not labor.

Extra for SolidTec® and Corian®

10-year warranty on internal breakage and color fastness.

Bad & Stil® guarantees that we will repair any defects in the goods that are due to faults in design, materials or workmanship that become apparent within a period of two years from delivery.

Under the warranty, Bad & Stil® will replace defective goods or parts by delivering equivalent or new parts to the customer free of charge.

Any costs associated with transport and installation shall be paid by the buyer.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect or faulty installation, maintenance, use that causes damage, incorrect repair or defects that arise after the product has been delivered. The warranty does not cover defects related to impurities in water, e.g. rust or other normal wear and tear.

Bad & Stil® is not responsible for the suitability of the product for the use intended by the buyer.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive the shipment. If there is visible damage to the shipment, you should note this on the delivery note before signing for receipt.

Remember to open all items and check them for transport damage. We encourage you to do this within 48 hours of receipt. If you discover any transport damage, you should notify us immediately. The sooner you notify us, the better.

Transport damage must always be documented in the form of photos and/or videos, which must be attached to your inquiry to our customer service by email: badstil@badstil.dk

Bad & Stil® cannot be held responsible for items that you have agreed to “deliver without receipt”.

DOCUMENTATION AND GUIDANCE

If product descriptions and user instructions are available for the item, these will be included in the delivery from Bad & Stil®. If the Customer requires further information or advice from Bad & Stil®, this is for guidance only. Bad & Stil® guarantees that the items comply with the requirements for CE marking, KIWA, GDV and VA approval.

RESERVATION

All orders are processed subject to force majeure.

CAMPAIGN BENEFITS

Regarding gifts, bonuses, gift cards, etc.

Gifts, giveaways, bonuses, and gift cards without prepayment are limited to one per household, regardless of order size or quantity. The value is determined based on the estimated retail price. Cancellation of an order will result in the loss of the right to receive campaign benefits and items.

Campaign benefits and items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Gift cards without prepayment are not subject to the same validity periods as gift certificates paid for in cash. Gift cards can only be redeemed via online orders.

RIGHT OF RETURN

At Bad & Stil®, we are confident that you will be very satisfied with your product(s). We offer a 30-day right of return.

Note: From day 15 to day 30, products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering the costs.
If Bad & Stil ApS has to arrange shipping, the customer will be charged a fee of EUR 130 plus shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
You cannot cancel your order by refusing to accept the item without notifying us clearly at the same time.

Please note: You are responsible for the risk of return. Therefore, always ensure that the product is properly packaged.
Remember to save the postal receipt and any track and trace number for the return.
If you wish to exercise your right of return, please contact our customer service on +45 3920 5084 or . You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Please state your order number and what you wish to return in the subject field: Return of “specify invoice number”.

RETURNS

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.
Please contact us by email so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This includes liners, bathroom furniture, bathtubs, shower walls, and countertops.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of EUR 240 including VAT.

RETURN PROCEDURE

BEFORE SHIPPING

From day 15 to 30:
Once the return has been processed and approved by email, the item must be sent back.
The return address will be provided by email upon approval of the return.

If Bad & Stil ApS has to arrange your return shipment, you will be charged a fee of EUR 130 plus shipping costs. Please enclose a copy of the invoice stating why the item is being returned. Please state whether you want a refund or an exchange, and if so, which item you want to exchange it for.

In the event of a refund, we will refund the payment card used, only the card used when placing the order is valid.

For bank transfers, please provide your registration number and account number.

SHIPPING

The shipment must be marked with the order number or other form of documentation.
The shipment must be sent for door delivery.

Note: Shipments to parcel boxes, delivery points, and similar locations will not be accepted.

Private delivery/private driver is not permitted without prior agreement. GLS or Postnord are preferred. DAO and similar delivery methods are not recommended as they do not deliver to the door with a signature.

You are responsible for the risk of return. Therefore, always ensure that the product is properly packaged. Remember to save the postal receipt and any track and trace number for the return.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS

Day 1–14:

Note: You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you had purchased it in a physical store. You must not use the product or assemble it.

The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

It is up to Bad & Stil ApS to assess the condition of the item.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.

From day 15 to 30:
The item must be returned in the same condition and manner as it was received.
The product must not be taped to the pallet or attached in such a way that it damages the packaging.
The original packaging constitutes a significant part of the product's value, so always return the packaging.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item is damaged, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

RETURN ADDRESS

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging. Returned items must be sent to the address below.

If it is returned to the wrong Bad & Stil® address, we will arrange for your return shipment to the Bad & Stil® warehouse, Drejergangen 13, 2690 Karlslunde, for an additional fee. The fee is EUR 130 plus shipping costs.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply when you act as a consumer. This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint.

The right of complaint means that you can either have the item repaired or replaced, your money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

However, this is subject to the condition that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior that has led to the defect. The customer must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the product. If the customer complains within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will be considered timely.

Bad & Stil® will, upon agreement, send a return label for returning the defective product and STRONGLY recommends that you DO NOT use the product until your complaint has been processed.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt for shipping so that we can refund you for shipping costs. The item should be sent to:

We only accept packages sent directly to this address. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

If you are acting as a business customer, we reserve the right to remedy the problem, e.g. by repairing the item rather than replacing it.

COMPLAINTS PROCESS

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you must first contact us by email: badstil@badstil.no. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Nævnenes Hus complaints portal.

In order to complain, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least EUR 150 (DKK 1,110) and no more than EUR 13,400 (DKK 100,000).
Please note: There is a fee for processing your complaint.

Goods that are made to order or customized to your individual needs cannot be canceled once the execution, production, or customization has begun.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to enter into an agreement with Bad & Stil ApS, Badstil.dk via the website badstil.no, you must register with the following personal data:

Name, address, telephone number, email address.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. Personal data is registered with Bad & Stil® / Badstil.dk and stored for 6 years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. Bad & Stil® management has access to the information registered about you, which will be kept confidential at all times.

We do not store or transfer customer information in encrypted form. The information submitted to Bad & Stil® / Badstil.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

At Badstil.dk, we use log statistics. This is a system that collects information such as how many visitors there have been, where they come from, etc. The purpose of the log statistics is to optimize the functionality of the website for the benefit of our customers.

No personal information registered with Bad & Stil®/ Badstil.dk will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Bad & Stil®.

PLEASE NOTE: we work with Trustpilot and share an email address to collect customer reviews.

For electronic payments, we use a secure, encrypted and PBS-approved method through the online store system.

In addition, we register the IP address from which the purchase was made. This information is not normally useful, but may be used in a police investigation. All false orders will be reported to the police!

BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND PURPOSE

We collect your general contact information, such as your name and address, in order to deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your email address to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation. When you pay for the product, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored solely for payment processing and fulfillment of the agreement entered into.

If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except for your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 72 months after you have received your item.

If you have ordered delivery, your name, address, telephone number and email address will be passed on to our shipping company, currently PostNord, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

We have our online store and payment system through DanDomain A/S, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain's data centers.
